We We live in demanding times when our nervous system stores a lot of tension in our bodies. Movement releases the tension and is essential to our well-being. When we practice with presence, our bodies merge with our souls providing us with the possibility to sense our authentic selves.

Practising yoga by the sea regenerates our bodies and balances us. It revitalises our energy through breathing and raised awareness.

We will practise the stillness of the mind and being present in the body both in silence and while dancing every evening. While keeping a suggested distance, we will also practice how to help our bodies ourselves with exercises and self-massage.live in demanding times when our nervous system stores a lot of tension in our bodies.

Sanja Novko

Sanja brings a lot of joy and patience to her work as a shiatsu therapist and trainer and the Vinyasa Yoga instructor. She enjoys sharing her experience through teaching and treatments. Since 2010, she teaches at International Shiatsu School Croatia.

During many years of working with the body and movement, she has been exploring the themes of vitality and natural body states, of balance.

Sanja has been a body movement facilitator during the Island of Sounds workshops in Croatia which focuses on the voice opening through movement. She is currently studying physiotherapy and attending the training of the process of Intensive Awareness.
